Ruchir Chaturvedi was born in Mathura, U.P.. His nationality is Indian. He made his entry into this world on Feb 4th, 1979. He is multi-lingual and can speak the following languages: English, Hindi. Ruchir Chaturvedi's favorite hangout spot as a kid was School canteen. He went to school at Gokuldham High School. His favorite cartoon character growing up as a kid was Bugs Bunny. His zodiac sign is Aquarius. The most embarrassing memory that he can recall from those years is when in 1st grade he pee'd in his shorts during lunch break because a girl from 3rd grade screamed at him and stole biscuits from his lunch box..

Personal Life
As a teenager, the sky was the limit for Ruchir Chaturvedi and his ambition was to become a Air Force pilot. He went to college at Shivajirao Samarth Jondhale College of Engineering. He is the most proud of his following achievement: during a very short span of time, right after his engineering, he was able to acquire a lot of knowledge and many certifications related to data networking and information security. He currently lives in Paris. If Ruchir Chaturvedi had to describe himself in one word, he would say: a dreamer.. The happiest moment in his life is the day I got married!. If given the power to be invisible, he would definitely sneak into the Playboy mansion ;).
Professional Life
Ruchir Chaturvedi works as an Analyst. He works at Apple. Answering the question if he feels whether his college studies helped him in his career, he says Sure did. A short list of awards/honors that his has won include President scout award. He ensures work life balance by I don't work that hard. He finds his job very fulfilling and gratifying. One such aspect which makes it so is brand image of the company and the extremely cool people he gets to work with.

Ruchir and I met at ESSEC...We both did a course on E-business and came up with an idea to start a website in 2009. Unluckily we didnt go through with the idea...guess what the idea was - groupon! its painful to think that we came up with a similar idea in 2009 independently before Groupon hit the street big time and missed out on the chance...Except for the fact that we both could have been multi-billionaires by now, we have no big regrets :-) Anyhow I'm currently working with Ruchir at Apple in the Business process engineering team....
Interests
Ruchir Chaturvedi always tries to keep himself busy and his favorite hobbies include Sleeping. He listens to Rock, Jazz and Blues. He enjoys watching all kinds of movies. His all-time favorite movie: Sholay, Matrix. The thing that inspires his the most is: Blackjack tables at the Bellagio. He has travelled to interesting places like the Burgundy wine region in France. He enjoys playing video games and the game he finds addictive is Call of Duty. A dream vacation according to his would be somewhere on an undiscovered island in the Caribbean.
